Support

For Kay flow, by Chipmunk AB · Last updated 2026-08-06

Kay flow is a calm daily planner built for ADHD and Autistic minds. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, write to us — a real person reads every message. You do not need an account or the app installed to contact us.

Email support

support@kayapplication.com

We aim to reply within 3 business days. We answer in English and Swedish.

Report a bug

Use this pre-filled bug report — it asks for the three things we almost always need: what you did, what happened, and which device and app version you were on.

You can find the version at the bottom of Settings. If you are using Kay flow in a browser instead, tell us the web address and the browser.

Account and data

Delete your account. You can do it yourself in Settings → Account → Delete my account, and it takes effect immediately. If you cannot sign in, the account deletion page explains the email route.

Privacy questions and requests. Our privacy policy covers what we store, who processes it, and the rights you have. For a request under GDPR — access, correction, deletion, objection, or withdrawing your consent to the AI features — write to support@kayapplication.com.

Trouble signing in. Kay flow supports Sign in with Apple, Google, and Microsoft. If the sign-in screen returns you to the start or reports that a calendar cannot be connected, email us with the method you used — those failures usually come from the provider's consent screen and we can tell them apart from the log.

Subscriptions and billing

Kay flow Plus is sold through the App Store and Google Play, and the store — not us — handles payments, receipts, renewals, and refunds. Manage or cancel a subscription in App Store → your name → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

If you paid but the app still shows the free plan, email us and include the store receipt — we can check whether the purchase reached your account.

Accessibility and feedback

Kay flow is built for people who find most planners too loud. If something works against that — text that is hard to read, a flow that takes too many steps, a sound or animation that gets in the way — that is a legitimate support issue, not a nitpick. Tell us and it goes on the list.
