Terms of Use
For Kay flow, by Chipmunk AB · Last updated 2026-08-06
These terms are the agreement between you and Chipmunk AB (Swedish company registration number 559403-6922) when you use Kay flow — our calm daily planner for ADHD and Autistic minds — on the web, on iOS, or on Android. By creating an account or using Kay flow, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Kay flow.
Your account
You need an account to use Kay flow. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to the sign-in method you chose. Give accurate information, and do not let someone else use your account as if it were theirs.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Child profiles are not accounts — they are entries a parent or guardian creates and controls inside their own account, and the adult who created them is responsible for the information they contain.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete my account. It takes effect immediately. The account deletion page explains what is removed and what happens to data shared with a household.
Purchases and subscriptions
Kay flow is free to use. Some features are part of a paid plan. Paid plans are sold and billed by the store you bought them in — Apple for the App Store, Google for Google Play — not by Chipmunk AB. The store handles payment, receipts, renewals, and refunds, and its own terms apply to the transaction.
Subscriptions renew automatically. A subscription continues until you cancel it, and the store charges you for each new period until then. You can cancel at any time from your store account: App Store → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; the period you already paid for runs to its end.
The price, currency, and billing period come from the store, and they can differ between countries. The store shows them to you, and confirms them, before any purchase is completed.
If you bought through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, in addition to these terms. Where the two conflict on something Apple's agreement governs, Apple's agreement applies.
Refunds are handled by the store, under the store's policy. We cannot issue them ourselves. If you paid and Kay flow still shows the free plan, contact us — that is something we can look into.
Using Kay flow fairly
Kay flow lets you share lists and send suggestions to people you are connected with, and lets you publish a limited profile page if you choose to. Do not use those features to send someone else material that is threatening, harassing, hateful, sexual, deceptive, or unlawful, and do not use Kay flow to break the law or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it.
If someone sends you something that breaks this rule, write to support@kayapplication.com. We can remove content and end a connection or an account that does. You can also disconnect from a person yourself at any time in Settings.
Your content
What you write in Kay flow — tasks, notes, routines, reflections, how you are feeling — stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it. We store and process it in order to run the service for you, and only as described in our privacy policy.
The AI features
Kay flow includes optional AI features that suggest, summarise, and rewrite. They are generated by a language model and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Read what they produce before you act on it. The AI features only run in response to something you do in Kay flow, and only after you have given consent — you can withdraw that consent at any time in Settings, as described in the privacy policy.
Not medical advice
Kay flow is a planning tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and nothing in it — including reminders about medication and anything the AI features write — is medical advice. Decisions about diagnosis, medication, or treatment belong with you and a qualified healthcare professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or health service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Kay flow running, but we cannot promise it is always available or error-free. Features can change, and we may add, alter, or remove them. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan gives you, you can cancel the subscription in the store; the store's refund policy governs anything already paid.
We may update these terms — to reflect a new feature, a change in the service, or a legal requirement. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters to you, continuing to use Kay flow after it takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you can delete your account.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Kay flow whenever you like, and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or where we have to for legal reasons. If we end your account and you have an active subscription, cancel it in the store — we cannot cancel it for you.
Liability
Kay flow is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Chipmunk AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything you missed, forgot, or decided based on what Kay flow showed you. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, and nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Law and contact
Swedish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a dispute before the courts where you live.
